特定商取引法に基づく表記 (Notice under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act)

Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引に関する法律, article 11) asks every online seller to show these facts to buyers in Japan. The list of fields follows the Consumer Affairs Agency's guide for mail order sales (no-trouble.caa.go.jp/what/mailorder, read 3 October 2026). KohAI sells directly, with Stripe as the payment processor, so VNP Media is the seller in every field.
This page is the one place where Japanese text belongs in KohAI, because the law asks for it. Link it from the shop and the site footer for buyers in Japan.

Final confirmation screen (最終確認画面)
Since 1 June 2022 (article 12-6), the last screen before an online order must show together: what is bought and how many, the price, when and how you pay, when it is delivered, and the cancellation and refund rules; for a plan also how long it runs and how it continues.
