Online dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so there is no longer a link to it. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but please write to us first: we want to solve problems directly. SAM: decide. In the Netherlands, joining De Geschillencommissie is voluntary.
